Inspired by Christopher Stillwell of UCI https://www.linkedin.com/in/stillwellc/ got many tips of using polls, jigsaw breakouts, structuring sentences, visual aids use, and new ways to let students involved and learn. The course covered four weekend Saturdays was superfast, and compressed, but really really helpful. I have to unlearn old ways, learn,new things, and relearn newer things. Must be more student centered and move slowly away from teacher centered. “Sage on the Stage, Guide on the Side”.

What i have immediately done as outcomes from the course. What actions have been taken.. 1. to improve one of my course objectives – change from to understand (see, a veteran also makes mistakes) to demonstrate, 2. i have developed and added course Guide to Course, Course Welcome and Goals POM B, (see below)and 3. Created my first class tomorrow, Review Production Management in using Google Slides as guide for discussions by the students and probably use jigsaw.
